A fluid yoga flow, with an occasional fun challenge pose offered to keep our practice fresh, and elevate our practice, our yogic learnings, and our fun :)
Lightweight, comfortable clothing is recommended, with perhaps a light blanket of jacket handy for when the body cools in Savasana.
Additional Details
Please bring your own yoga mat and any additional props (strap, blocks, blankets) that you may need, to best support YOUR yoga practice.
Yoga mats may be purchased prior to class for $15, should one be needed.
Cancellations greater than 24 hours prior to class will see your pass credit back to your account. Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the pass.
Slightly late admission is permitted but please strive to be timely, to best honour both your practice, and that of your fellow yoga practitioners🙏🏼💕
